well first of all he said kind of which implies there is blame elsewhere. second of all when pac accepted the testing floyd still didn't fight so that really hurts your case that it was only the testing holding up the fight and not just a bluff. third of all floyd when asked about fighting pac he said he it wasn't happening and had to worry about his health. all that on top of the pathetic 40 million flat offer are a lot more damning than a "kind of"
