im pretty sure the thread is being sarcastic, and rightfully so...can you figure out why ...anyone? lol
just remember ..Joshua is slow, stiff and has no footwork........
of course in the real world hes fast ,can do explosive moves back and forth with limited energy to dictate punching range with good footwork and can kill you on the inside once a spot opens up and has a perfect right hand which the gif shows and doesnt even need any other punch to set it up!
Wlad has been on the downward slide, no doubt, but who knows how he's going to look after this layoff? Either way this is a tall fuckin order for Joshua... respect to him for taking the fight.
If he can tie and frustrate AJ for 8 rounds the fight is his. AJ has terrible stamina and no footwork. I can't believe no one has picked up on this during commentary on his fights, Malignaggi actually brought it up during the Whyte fight and said he's too stiff, but he was quickly shut down by Jim Watt and spoken over, as though it's illegal to point out any flaws, and I guarantee he'll be lynched by the British press if he loses. There's no middle ground with Brits, they either hail someone as one of the greatest British boxers (Khan) or tear them down and mock them (Eubank Sr)
Joshua is bread and butter to Wlad. No head movement, comes forward in straight lines, fights in the pocket. Wlad will stick his jab in AJ's face all night, and will eventually land something big that puts Joshua on ***** street.
Joshua has a punchers chance of course, but that's it.

Not sure his footwork is as bad as you say but he is certainly stiff, and anyone with that muscularity is liable to gas.
I think it's a very hard fight to call but I'm starting to lean towards AJ. Wlad has not faced this level of speed and explosive power in a very long time.
They key for Wlad, as you're saying, is frustrating Joshua through the early rounds and into the middle of the fight. I'm just not convinced Wlad is sharp enough to still do that. AJ can't be dumb about it, he can't just try to walk in and knock Wlad over. But neither should he fight cautiously. He needs to keep testing Wlad's reflexes and look to catch them lacking.
