Would Zab Judah have dominated the era with better conditioning?

He dominated most of his opponents in the early rounds and always seemed to fade near the middle rounds. Would better conditioning have helped him beat Floyd?

He still lacked determination and he could do with a slightly better chin.

Wouldn't change the fact that he hated getting hit.

But if he could keep up the same level of outboxing that he normally did early he would probably get hit less.

I think the increased conditioning would help with his determination. The chin was just an unfortunate factor.

His problems were mental. He just didn't have the ability to keep it together for a 12 round fight and conditioning wasn't going to change that.

But would you say his talent was more than that of the best fighters?

Yeah of course, he was phenom in amateurs.

But that's just one part of what makes a top fighter. And at the top level your not going to win many fights on talent alone.

i had high hopes for the zabster in the beginning. but his mentality ended up negating his talent.

same thing happened with emanuel augustus. he just started clowning too much.

Zab was never as good as people still somehow think.
