Who has a better resume, Mikey Garcia or Lomachenko?

Mikey had a great 2013 but hasn't really had any marquee wins outside of that year. He has a deeper resume for obvious reasons, and it includes a win over the man who beat Loma, so I'd go with Mikey, but there isn't much between their best wins

He beat fresher versions of Martinez n actually beat salido. 3 weight champion. beat what was left of JuanMa as a top 10 130pounder. The title in a 3rd division n win over salido gives him the edge

competetive close MD? Lomachenko won 11 rounds on that fight. For a guy fighting Russel Jr. at 2 fights in something to talk about.
