Tyson Fury has a much better resume than Wilder. He is younger and has much less fights but beat Chisora twice,Hammer,Cunningham and Wlad Klitschko by UD in Germany.Whereas Wilder beat just Stiverne and Szpilka (was stopped by Jennings before), Arreola (beaten twice by Stiverne before). The last time Wilder fought an unbeaten opponent was in 2012.

Wilder had 2 years time to pick a Top 10-15 opponent at least as a voluntary defence. But his team denied that option for 2 years.Team Wilder will avoid Ortiz until he becomes WBC mandatory.

If Wilder will not fight Parker/H.Fury winner or Luis Ortiz in his next fight then you cant defend him anymore. This is pure cherrypick to avoid dangerous opponents until the huge cashout against Joshua or Tyson Fury.

Tyson Fury is LEVELS above a bum like Wilder.

Don't forget that Wilder was getting soundly outboxed and beaten up before landing a lucky punch on the midget Szpilka.

Forgot about that, what about the part time HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER, Eric Molina sending his twiglet legs to jelly?

Chisora was good win, Hammer was never in the top ten and now beating bum David Price does not elevate his profile to those that know boxing ; Cunningham?! WOW you have no shame mentioning a cruiserweight as one of Tysons best wins -- what would people say about that if Deontay beat up someone a division below him?

We can talk about Malik who was robbed vs. Czar Glazkov same guy that went on to be top five in the HW rankings, We can talk about Duahuapas that cracked the top ten after Wilder beat him or Erik Molina who went on the challenge for the IBF. Siarhei Liakhovich was WBO HW champion, Stiverne was as high as #2. in the world when Deontay beat him.

Lets pretend the #2. HW in the world did not derail this fight twice which would of taken place much less than two years.
