    rematch definitely a must
so hatton will opt to fight ben rabah instead cause he thinks carlos maussa is a notable opponent
Oh man, how the **** can you bring up someones color? ****in idiot. Hatton won the fight..get over it,

i understand, but this is clearly a hypothetical situation where our punches land cleanly. its just to prove a point.

I think there should be a rematch. The fight was close. Collazo Hurt Hatton. Collazo knows what to do now. He might even KO Hatton this time. You never know. If Hatton doesn't get a big fight then i think they should fight again. If he going to fight again i hope it's with a good fighter.

collazo won the fight and hatton had hbo backing him which led to collazo getting screwed

thats the bottom line and thats the type of reason why boxing is and will remain in the shape it is until there is a major major change

so easy to cast aside my theories about racists cause many people on these forums are apologists for racist i have come to find
            makes me wonder about them

at least i speak only the truth

so let me ask you this

you go to boston and a white guy picks a fight with you who the cops gonna side with you or the white guy picking himself up off the sidewalk from boston?

no matter your answer let me also ask

who do you think won the fight and do you feel collazo had the home advantage since he was fighting in america?

I would like to see Hatton fight someone more of interest, but have to say, if this is true that he said he would give a rematch, and then reneged it, that is bothersome: This will be the 2nd Champion he told "No" to a rematch, that doesn't look good, especially for the "Honor" of the sport.

Mayweather has to know now that he must win because there will be "NO REMATCH"

I wonder if Hatton loses his title to somebody inside the ring, if he would want a rematch?

The only people that think Hatton lost are Puerto Ricans and Hatton haters. People with no biased, not white, dominately gave the decision to Hatton by 1 - 2 points. Its not even about Collazo winning that Hatton haters want, its about Hatton losing.

LMAO @ comment the American judges gave decision to a foreign boxer because hes white!

I scored the fight an even draw. But thats only because I didn;t give Collazo a 10-8 round in the last.Which he might have deserved. My point being that it was very close in my eyes. And not a clear win for Ricky.Thats why I think Collazo deserves a rematch. But I wouldn't consider Hatton a coward or anything if he didn't take the rematch.

I wouldn't mind if Hatton did not take the rematch to face a better opponent but if he's going to go down in class it would be a shame if he didn't.
