Inside fighting.

That's very true. Of course, inside work isn't as easy to see and so it's understandable to a point, but hell, a lot of that inside work pays big dividends down the line, especially body punching. If a fighter is good enough on the inside, he often doesn't need the judges. Still, the refs shouldn't break guys up so often. Punch and get out, foo!I dont blame the amateur system at all. I blame the scoring/judging system in PRO boxing. Inside fighters NEVER get their due when it comes to decisions. Body punches are RARELY acknowledged. Judges seem to score by whats appealing to the eye instead of focusing on ring generalship. Think of it this way, a judge sees an inside fighter work his way in but get his head snapped back with the sweat flying off, that makes more of a lasting impression than the 2-3 body blows landed after that.
Basically to be an inside fighter in this generation, dont leave it to the judges.Comment

Badou Jack is one of the best inside fighters in the game and has improved in every fight since getting knocked out by a journeyman!
Boxing will never be fair and some refs let inside fighting..barely though!Comment

This is a good inside fight. I like how the referee lets them go at it without trying to interfere.
