Maybe so, but they could easily outbid the competition in the UK if they wanted, especially BoxNation before they linked up with BT.

The point still stands. If they weren't even bothered enough about one of their home fighters fighting one of the biggest names in boxing to bid enough, then they're not going to pick up this one.

That also shows how irrelevant Khan is in British boxing these days actually, but that's for another conversation.
