I've read that the Hebrew word is the same for kill and murder, and it makes much more sense in the context of the Old Testament to have a commandment against murder. I don't know Hebrew, so can't verify that on my own.

It is false that the rate of priests abusing children is much higher than that of other religions, even other Christian religions. One is too many of course. It is the scourge of ****sexuality which has mostly brought it about in the Catholic Church. Regardless, we are all pretty familiar with:

"And whosoever shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me; it were better for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck, and he were cast into the sea."

It sounds pretty bad, and they will probably not have much hope (they don't have my sympathy fwiw), but then again "For who hath known the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been his counsellor?" ... He will do what He wants, according to his own judgment.

I just pointed out that you were wrong in saying that Jesus was talking about heavenly judgement in the Sermon on the Mount. He was talking about people judging one another.

You agree with Pacquiao mate? A lot of people are clearly ignorant about Pac's political views. Pacquiao mentioned so many times that "Recreational users and Addicts are needed of care and rehabilitation." Clearly Pac mentioned trafficking of drugs which is NOT a USER or an ADDICT. Pacquiao has been saying that only TRAFFICKERS and TRADERS are aligned with the Death Penalty. And he is basing it to the westernized model of D.P in Singapore.

What's funny Pacquiao did more for drug users than all of NSB users could do in their liftime combined by donating millions of his money to create rehab centers for FREE, and creating a program for drug addicted teenagers to sports and school funded education as varsity players.

Killing (such as self defense, or even war which can be put up as self defense) and murdering are not the same thing, only an idiot would say such nonsense.

God can do what he wants, yes. I doubt he would have any child abusers in heaven, but if they were truly repentant, then who knows. I don't care if anything matches your idiotic standards ("good enough") or not, you're nobody important.
