  • When Spence beats Brook all credit is due to Lord Golovkin, no opponent is ever the same after Lord Gennady has converted his prey to GGGudasim by inserting his bone inside their rectum.

All praise to Lord Golovkin. Gennady devoured his soul.

Theres simply more money in the uk, bigger crowd, would be a ppv card in the uk, wouldnt be in the u.s, Spence has a decent following but cant see him pulling in a 10k+ crowd, Brook is a virtual unknown in the u.s. Never capitalised on the Porter win in the u.s. And more so Brook will want that home advantage just like Porter did when Brook was his mandatory.

Brook vs Khan or Cotto does not

Brook vs Spence be huge in the UK because of Spence's pedagree and 0.

the question was, what does Spence offer Brook, not you

          * Brook just fought GGG, and is talking Khan, NOBODY knows Spence

          * Brook will not remain at welter anyway

that is a difficult mandatory assignment, for little reward, in a division that has no future for Brook..... so props to him for taking the fight

Just out of interest, what makes you say that he screwed the weight up so badly against Golovkin?

prior to Golovkin, Brook was a welter

as-in, his body was conditioned to making 147

Brook was never going to push Golovkin around, or absorb his power, so carrying additional weight was fkn ridiculous..... Brook needed to beat Golovkin as the smaller man.....

            ..... so weighing 176 at the 30-day weighin was a monumental fk-up

What division has no future for Brook? I really hope you NOT talking about WW. And zero props to him for fighting his mandatory.... zero, it's a mandatory for a reason, he too was a mandatory and he got his chance.

Go check what Brook weighs on fight nights at 147.

                • if the weight cut is too much for him, then WW has no future for him. theres nothing incorrect about that statement IMO.

Unifications always come above mando's. Brook hasnt been able to get a unification for a myriad of different reasons dependant on whos side of the fence you sit on.

Boxing is a business, Kell Brook got slagged off for fighting mandatories, now he fights his most dangerous one because khans fallen through and he gets "zero" props when in all likelihood the smart move is to vacate, avoid the drain and fight at 154.

Plenty of others vacate and move division because they dont want to face their mando's..

absolutely, I think that making 147 is killing him

he is 1 loss away from moving up

if Spence wins, I bet Brook says he can no longer make 147 and then moves up to 154

Khan is the only reason he is hanging around

                      agreed

but I don't think he will

                      hard fight to call

I think the weight will affect him, so I gotta go with Spence
