Jack Catterall sparred with Floyd recently, perhaps for the Pacquiao fight, and says that some of the rounds he sparred with Floyd went on for 9-10 minutes.

And that is why Floyd never gasses out in fights. He does the hard work in training, in the gym!

c'mon dude.. it does increase stamina by supplying more red cells to your system... therefore more oxygen.

This is what surprised me in almost every gym ive trained in from northern cali to AZ almost EVERYONE just do 3 minutes, and take a break and then do 3 minutes. They say shit like I did 24 rounds today and im like so what you never went harder than 3 minutes. when I was in the gym I used to go 6-9 minutes depending on how I felt and yes I burned out faster then those doing 3 minute rounds but if I had kept it up I would have built up that stamina. I also did the 3 minute program etc and I had way more stamina than those who only did that 3 minute ish training. IDK I just find it funny.

A good way to get stamina is sprint for 3 minutes at a time 10 or 12 times. It's hell but it works tremendously.

One benefit of steroids is that they help repair tissue damage and help an athlete recover faster from a hard training session. For increased endurance the drug of choice is either EPO or HGH. One of the advantages of EPO is that its hard to detect with drug testing so I would guess thats the PED favored by Floyd.

Because you are one of the very few people who are completely neutral. Even now I am still wondering if you are a mayweather fan, a pacquiao fan, a GGG fan or a Ward fan or just neither.
