        I havnt done it in a while I would probably die by the 4th time but I usto do it 8 to 10 times for stamina, something I picked up from a few pros during their land conditioning.

                The difference between Mayweather and allot of other fighters? is that he had a deep passion for training. Other fighters such as Carl Froch & Bernard Hopkins in my opinion also had similar attitudes towards training. There are some fighters who just like fighting, such as James Toney! but training and the weekly regime is where approximately 90% of your success will be nurtured! (I can remember watching a interview, afew years ago where Freddy Roached stated that James Toney sometimes only sparred as his training! no road work, no bag work or any other form of conditioning!)...
