    Surely everybody knows that?

Brilliant business opportunity but it's horse **** as a sporting event.

I don't blame them if they make it happen though.

Brilliant business opportunity but it's horse **** as a sporting event. It's like asking a professional Netball player to play a game of one on one Basketball with an NBA basketball player. Although they share some similarities, they are very different sports.

I don't blame them if they make it happen though.

Depends on whether it's boxing or MMA rules.

Under boxing rules he has absolutely no chance to beat Mayweather. Some of the best boxers in the world failed to beat Mayweather. I heard McGregor was once an amateur boxer and that he was nothing special. I think any good pro boxer McGregor's weight would beat him. Mayweather, the world's best boxer, would beat him like taking candy from a baby. I don't know why this keeps coming up on here. It's so obvious that Mayweather would win and any knowledgeable boxing fans should know this. I am pretty sure Mc Gregor knows he would lose but it would be well worth it for the huge amount of money he would make if Mayweather fought him. It would be a circus act and not a serious fight. It would probably sell very well to casual fans with no real boxing knowledge and some MMA fans who think McGegor can walk on water. I do respect McGregor as a great MMA fighter who is a skilled fist fighter by MMA standards. Pro boxing is fist fighting on a much higher level and MMA fighters often hire boxing trainers to help them improve their punching.

Honestly Mcgregor has a punchers chance. I think Mcgregor has a better punchers chance than guys like Guerrero had. No way is Mcgregor going to outbox Floyd but he has the power and speed to give him a small chance of connecting a big shot on a 40yo.

If anyone has ever sparred a MMArtist, they would know they hit real hard. The difference is the follow up, MMArtist typically dont have the footwork to follow up.
