Comments Thread For: Wilder vs. Povetkin Legal Battle Will Head To a Jury Trial

That's because it's all you have to add to a constructive boxing debate. We're done here aren't we ?

It appears Wilder's camp is suing because Povetkin's positive test resulted in their fight being cancelled and him missing a payday. Povetkin just got popped for another dirty test, why would anyone give him the benefit of the doubt now?Why would they?

That's probably going to be the number 1 arguing point. While PEDvetkin team will not want the jury to hear that and Wilder team will want the jury to hear that to show a pattern of him cheating...Originally posted by firstborn View PostIt appears Wilder's camp is suing because Povetkin's positive test resulted in their fight being cancelled and him missing a payday. Who am I, a testing authority ? Email them let them know you're thoroughly disappointed with their testing regimen for not busting Pedvetkin every test ? Did I spell it right that time, I hope so we can spend more time debating boxing as opposed to my typos, oh wait damn I spelt his name right the first time, don't damn me !Originally posted by Shadoww702 View PostHow come you didn't answer my question??? At this point I think I don't really care, the testing bodies appear somewhat stringent and somewhat not so much enough. I don't have an issue with the testing body which in fact caught Povetkin I do however have an issue with the regulating body that oversaw the Fury tests, theirs a discussion I'd like to participate in, one in which actually allows a failed doper to compete for world titles and fails to notify the relevant parties until afterwards including the former champion who lost his belts to said doper.

Congratulations you just made the ****** of the Year short list, not that we didnt know you weren't worthy already with over 9k posts in less than two years already ! Poll and thread coming, I still haven't compiled a full ten yet, I feel Laced Up deserves some serious competition this year having competed against only himself last year, don't worry LoadedWraps you'll get your chance to unify the titles.
C'mon add something to amuse us even more, I'm begging you.Originally posted by BrometheusBob. View Post

Sad to see an otherwise reasonable poster go to this length to deny what has happenedOriginally posted by Shadoww702 View PostThat's what happens when they go FULL RTARD!Originally posted by Szef View Post

Yes and you're allowed trace amounts between January and October after the ban becomes effective, no trace amounts thereafter, we've established. What we have not established is if you can read or not, and presuming you can this sill is not making any sense to you is it ?Originally posted by Shadoww702 View PostAnd the test results came back POSITIVE for traces of PED's.
