Are you people serious!!!! Marquez had 3 close fights that he lost with manny. Manny could have easily closed the chapter on the 3rd fight being the a-side.

Yall in here talking about his legacy like he didnt come into that fight loaded with steroids. Thats the reason why he wont do a rematch with manny. Timothy bradley called him out on it before they was going to fight and he was about to cancel the fight because of it.

This is an interesting fight between two big names. Cotto should be favored because he's bigger and younger. He gave Mayweather, Martinez and Canelo all they could handle while being in the underdog role in all 3, and I had the Trout fight a Draw. Cotto has had a good 154 career. JMM even though he's old, he's been old for a long time now and hasn't really shown in, but after 2 years off this could be the fight where JMM will finally look old, or not. That's why it's interesting, you just have that feeling JM is in trouble here but you still want to watch to see if he can pull off one more upset win with his technical ability and counterpunching. This is going to be either a TKO win for Cotto or a decision for JMM.

Two washed up has beens do make a better fight. Manny is still going strong and would destroy JMM easy in 5th fight. He sees the improvements and adjustments Manny made and knows he has no hope or chance to win.

Soooo... Marquez wants to choose Cotto's weight and venue? Yeah this fight ain't getting done. Look what Cotto did to Canelo and GBP when they negotiated that fight, and Canelo is a far bigger star who can headline his own PPV.

He literally showed all signs of steroid use in that fight. Look at his weigh-ins
From his past fights and then go look at that one. His traps,muscles, everything was huge and he had acne all over his body like he was a teenager going through puberty. Plus coincidentally for his training camp he got with a guy that has allready admitted in court that he supplied PEDS to his athletes.

Also in all three of his fights he was never able to drop manny yes he buzz ed him here and there and landed flush shots in past fights But in the fourth fight he had all this power to drop and knock him out later on as he aged.

Also like I said earlier Bradley called him out and said he wanted extra testing for there fight and Marquez threatened to cancel the fight. If you are a clean fighter wouldn't you want more testing for your protection.

The signs are so obvious that I can't understand why people even think that he did not do it.

Now this is a more worthy PPV fight. Should do decent numbers. PR vs. MEXICO fights are usually always fun and worth watching. I'd buy this fight.

Well, it's better than the Kirkland ppv match-up. With that said, they're both old and shopworn, they should retire after this.
