    So he basically spent the peak years of his prime on the sidelines and is suppose to somehow comeback better?....we'll see

      So one and a half year of layoff and we're supposed to assume he was training the whole time. He wasn't offered any fight at all. Okay.

        He had two fights scheduled but the opponents backed out. He was set to fight Andre Berto but he backed out and chose to fight Victor Ortiz in a rematch. He was in talks to fight Cotto but talks had stalled in that fight also. That pretty much left him out in the cold.
