Ward had just fought at LHW when he sent his PR stunt "offer" to Loeffler. He hasn't made 168 since 2013 and last year he said himself that he can't make 168 any more.

After seeing how bad he looked against Kovalev, I think GGG would beat Ward at 175. But Golovkin can earn twice as much fighting in his own weight class, so what's the point of going two divisions up and risking getting robbed like Krusher?

Moving up to 168, and then coming back down in weight! is not a sensible thing to do at elite level! I actually think 160 is Eubank Juniors optimal weight! I was interested in seeing how Eubank Junior's power was at 168, and from what i have witnessed? its sub-optimal, it is still his weakness at 168. I find it very strange the way he does not have serious punching power, because from a technical perspective he throws his punches with near perfect execution at times!

Will-power and belief can achieve great things in life! and one thing that Chris Eubank Junior has is a extreme belief in himself! so if he ever faces Golovkin, i will not rule him out totally! But perceptually right about now? He really needs to work on his punching power, (Where there's is a will, there's a way!)....

Ok, let's address this on your terms and see where it gets us .. Ward was making his back down to 168 ... gradually.. and he ended up at 172 ... and he didn't come any further down than that ... then he went up to 175.

So that gets us to ... hey ... LHW! And it also fits in very well with what Ward and his trainer both said last autumn .. which, if you remember, was that ANDRE COULDN'T MAKE 168 MORE.
