Ward is a very likeable, charismatic guy (much, much more than people give him credit for) but the way he is dealing with the rematch/retirement is off-putting.
    you think he's charismatic? i dont.......i can't.........

Anyway I thought the rematch taking place would be a formality, I hope this doesn't drag on for much longer.
but he was beaten badly. official cards don't mean he wasnt outclassed and beaten up. 10-2 kovalev makes more sense than 7-5 ward. he knows this. look at his shocked face. whats the point of fighting if you can't win? its like stopping a fight after your fighter is 8 rounds down and he doesn't have power to win by ko. just call it a day. i respect his decision. he knows kovalev is just better.

It's hilarious to me how since the fight some so called fans have been calling Ward... Fraud/CoWard/Chicken and loads more ****** names. I mean I wanted Ward to win, and I thought he won the fight(Same score as judges) but if I had wanted Kov to win I still wouldn't be making a fool of myself crying like a *****.

Obviously Ward is going to try to get as much money as possible for the rematch. He ain't a dummy. Kov fought a good fight but faded down the stretch, so no sympathy from me. Better luck next time.

I wonder how things would've played out if the shoe was on the other foot and Ward had lost...

Sure he was doing commentary in the UK for the Eubank Jr fight but apart from that, we should hear more from Ward, imo.

Geez, you'd think the Russian mafia took him away for "a ride" after his robbery of Kovalev.
                Speaking of robbery...

Ward's talking to lawyers and planning to go to court to challenge the rematch clause in the contract.

Now a days Ward sounds like some sermon giving person . Can make a good career in church giving sermons and spiritual advices to troubled people.
                    LOL

It's too early to talk like this. It's been 2 months and there are no big dates available until June. I hope we hear something by end of March or early April.
