Canelo does have better names on his resume: Cotto, Money, Lara & Trout. But he lost every round v. Money, barely beat Lara & Trout, beat Cotto, but he is past prime

Meanwhile GGG destroys top 10 MW contenders. Not great fighters, but good fighters.

IMO, GGG has better overall skills.

So GGG is #4 on my list, while Canelos is around # 10 or so

They're roughly the same size...if they fight, i think ggg would win. P4p as a concept is, who would win if the fighters were the same size...well in this case they are. Why all the resume talk?
I feel they go hand in hand. How can you tell how good someone is I feel all they face are scrubs? Wilder has 95% ko but he's not in any top 10 cause of his resume. If he beats Joshua wlad winner this year then he would be... because of who's on his resume

I hear you...but it's hard to rate one fighter higher than another who would more than likely beat him head to head. P4p is subjective and relatively meaningless anyway. How can a list that changes so drastically from one source to another be taken very seriously...everyone just picks the one they like and feels right about it.

the p4p list exist because the chances of these guys fighting each other are unlikely. all weight classes can be in there.

and correct me if im wrong BUT, p4p lists are built off of resumes, not hypothetical fights where ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.

99 % of these polls only prove that 1 guy/group has more fans than the other. this is one of them

Guys his own size since 2012

                Trout
                Lara
                Angulo
                Kirkland
                Smith

Now if those guys dont count because they were too small, even though they weighed in at over 170 on fight ,who exactly was the last guy he fought his own size 5 years ago?

                Lopez?Mosley?Cintron?

GGG has fought bums, none of them who have what it takes to be a world champ other then lemmy.

GGG can **** in his hands and his nut hugger will kill each other just for a lick.
kudos to the 154 and 155 pound champ. maybe wbc will invent another belt for him to win at 164.5

No p4p is not based on RESUME. It's based on dominance in your own weight class and skill displayed in the ring. Resumes do not fight in the ring.
