Technically I think Robert Garcia would've been the best trainer for Chavez' style, problem is he's not strict enough for someone like Chavez, neither is Roach, Nacho's style is a bit too technical for Chavez but I think he's gonna help Chavez whip himself into shape.

On a side note, I think with Canelo's fast hands and natural counterpunching ability he would've been indestructible with Nacho in his corner.

The best thing to happen to the Want Another Gordita Father Son duo is Canelo. Canelo woulda been a straight killa if he'd had been with Nacho from the beginning.

Roach and Garcia are better trainers for Chavez fighting style but it looks like one turned him down and the other will only train him if he comes to him. Nacho is the best available option but really his style is more fit for a technician like Marquez not sure he brings anything to the table in this fight.

Hopefully Chavez Jr. actually dedicates himself, comes in near the catch weight and makes a decent fight of it.
I just picture Chavez Jr being asked if he wants "Nacho" in his corner and responding with "Hell yeah I want nachos!"
