zero chance. Dont see why people say eubank has a style to give ggg problems. From where im standing, its a guy with no defence versus a power puncher. Eubanks got a good chin but he cant just eat golovkins shots. Would be extremely one sided. Eubank has beaten ZERO opponents in the top 20. The only time he did he lost. His record is padded with domestic level british fighters on the local level. LMAO. He goes 10 rounds with domestic level british fighers.

Golovkin's defense, except for his ''taking shots on purpose'' is the same school of Tszyu or Kova. That's conservative and intelligent defense. Not all fighters like to do that.

Fans are more intrigued by showboating defense. Eubank Jr. brings excitement with defense. Golovkin relies on offensive entertainment. Eubank Jr. is 27 innit. That's 8 years ago from where Golovkin is today.

They are about the same age. That fight will eventually happen. Eubank Jr. would first need defenses as a world champ and then unify his IBO with any of the 4 sanctioning bodies for GBP to consider.

Eubank's style averages about 40 clinches a bout. He bursts and then holds. Golovkin is gassing out more lately in these years chasing guys around in cutting the ring. When you hold, that takes away stamina from both guys, but Jr.'s work rate is optimized just for that. If Gennady pressures Jr. to the ropes, you can bet Jr. would jump on a clinch. This is hard for Golovkin to reset.

Let's see how Jr. looks at 168. Let's see if his power is any different in explosiveness vs 160. Eubank Jr. is a very fit dude and lean and I have some theory that he's been pushing 160 too much. 168 might be where his power is. Froch and Haye have said that Eubank Jr. is the deal, and I'd say more accurately, above 160 workrate.
