The WBC press release came out on January 27. As of that date Ortiz had not signed up for the Clean Boxing Program.

The WBC press release came out on Jan 27 and MrBoxingToday2 I believe emailed VADA in the last couple of days, so unless they just got it in today they're lying.

It's quite outrageous. One thing to bend the truth or evade the question but this is quite blatant.
