He is ranked in the WBC. He was #10 last I looked unless that has changed in the Feb ratings. Ortiz would clean Wilder's clock just like Ortiz did Scott's?Comment

Ortiz does not need Wilder. Who cares about Wilder, let him keep fighting american nobodies. Ortiz should face Parker, WK -Joshua winner or, even better, Tyson Fury.Comment

Saying you won't fight anyone who's failed a test in the past (and how long has Ortiz been clean now--a good while, right?) is a good way to avoid fighting a lot of people. I don't pay much attention to Wilder anymore. He's probably an exciting boxer, but I haven't seen him fight anyone great to really show that. It's got to be rough when your own network is always talking about their "other star" because he's stepping up after 18 fights and fighting a Klitschko.Comment

"I emailed VADA and Margeret Goodman said that he's not enrolled in VADA". Direct from VADA.
After the WBC’s annual convention, where we addressed the latest official ratings of the organization, it was created a list of fighters who have not enrolled in the Clean Boxing Program. This is a final reminder for all those fighters to enroll immediately, as otherwise they will be removed from the official WBC upcoming rankings, which will be published on the first week of February.
Direct from WBC.
WBC and VADA both confirm he's not enrolled. So basically Ortiz and his team are straight up lying through their teeth.Comment

Luis Ortiz used to color his hair blond and he pounds his chest like a gorilla so we know what that means. Self hating bastard, ofcourse he'd play the foil for Wilder haters. Ofcourse! From interviews, probably the worst thing one could do if you really want a Wilder fight is to disrespect him. Jennings, Miller, Stiverne, Ortiz are the main ones who **** talk him and are going to have to get into position, ie become a mandatory. Only exception is Tyson Fury who's viewed as a big paycheck.
Here's what Ortiz should do, campaign to fight Stiverne for a mandatory position. As well getting the VADA CBP program thing sorted out.Last edited by Blackclouds; 02-03-2017, 06:41 PM.Comment
