This would hold more weight if Peter didnt also pick Charles Martin to beat Joshua

Haha team fury praying josh doesn't upstage them. Fury may have beat wlad first but if josh ko's him that's a much bigger statement than squeaking out a decision with tippy tappy punches let's not pretend otherwise

Peter not only picked Martin over Joshua he also put Hughie ranked over him and made some poor boxing analytic boxing observations in the past on his skills . He knows a Klitchko win will only make Tyson look good so i wouldn't go by anything he says concerning Joshua , he knows if he goes to the well enough times he may be right once . Find a more level head in picking a winner , Peter is smart but he obviously has bias to a real future threat to Tyson here .

Klitchko will get one more payday here before Joshua knocks him out and sends him into retirement. The publicity pundits can start as much media talk about how competitive this fight is but in the end Klitchko's slowing reflexes and suspect chin will doom him in the end. I suspect that this fight might just end in a quick blowout

Peter shows an interesting fact: A lot of relatively insightful trainers and fighters, make horrendous predictions. With fighters its usually because they look at skills too literally and with a laser focus... So for example, when Gatti was fighting Floyd, many guys in the ring who admire pluck would say something like..."Gatti is very determined and strong!" Never mind that Floyd was many levels better. No fighter would want to give an opponent that advantage and so their focus is one dimensional..."If Gatti comes out determined and strong, he had a great camp, look out Floyd!"

With guys like Peter Fury, they are just the opposite. They are so caught up that common sense can allude them. I could see how Fury could pick Martin He saw two immobile guys who could punch! In his mind one of those guys had more experience. Common sense would tell most of us that Anthony was more athletic, and had a lot more speed... that Joshua could feast, like Vlad did, on the guys who cannot move in the ring, at all, because Joshua can move a little bit.

And lo and behold hes doing the same here: This is Anthony's fight to lose. If he goes in there and just goes after the flinching clinching Russian...It will be over as quick as he wants it to be. If he shows fear and hesitancy and lets the russian establish his jab and use some of his experience and clinching tactics he may well taste the canvas.

Klitsko works everything off the jab, and needs to be set to throw it. peter Fury though inept at picking a winner knew exactly what to have the gypsy king do to beat Klitsko... Anthony should borrow that page from Fury's book and its easy money.
