Fan don't get to tell fighters when to Move Up, they move up when they're no longer able to make weight. If Kell, Thurman and Porter can make weight then FIGHT ON!

I get it because of what Pacquiao was able to do in his great career, fight fans are not trying to get every fighter after to jump up weight classes right away
