Doubt it will be at the 02. Probably be up north. Possibly at Bramall Lane after the Footie seasons over.

Can't wait for this fight to happen! The IBF has been saving Brook for at least 2 years, with those garbage mandatories! Let's see how he handles a tough opponent @ 147! Out with the old, in with "THE NEW!"

i may be wrong but when froch was talking to team groves about the rematch at wembley the split was 85/15 (champion/challenger) which is the going rate,
it seems more these days we here about these percentages splits etc, carnt recall old school fighters (hagler, duran etc ) ever moaning about the split etc, they just got on with it
i would say 75/25 split is fair as brook is the champion,if spence wins he could get 75/25 in rematch..
as long as brook can make the weight 147 he will have enough to take on any one, he has took ggg punches & no matter how you paint it...spence is no ggg & that goes for any 147lb fighter at the current time

As I'm sure you are aware, a purse bid involves the fight promoter(s). If I am correct, only interested registered promoters may bid on the purse. Haymon isn't a promoter and thus can't bid, even though we agree he is behind the bid.

Knowing this, what term would you prefer I use?

Hahaha, here we go, brooks promotor pulling a page from the Oscar delaHoya school of ducking fights for your fighter. You know you don't want your fighter to fight a certain opponent, make an unacceptable offer but then share with the world that the opponent didn't respond or declined. Continue to take fights with lesser opponents while gullible fans buy in to the lies. Brilliant!

Where is the fire Spence used to exhibit? His hesitation is now on record and he better come out and end his silence ASAP.
End his silence? He's said all that's needed to be said. He's done all that's needed to be done. No point in talking. The fight will be made Tuesday.
