Interesting... I guess then you consider Abraham German and Darchinyan Australian? Both come from Armenia, ex-USSR country as well. Abraham held titles at two weights and Darchinyan at three.

I couldn't remember any other ex-USSR multi-weight champs though - but as far as I understand Shumenov does not yet have a fully fledged cruiserweight title?
