Does Sergio Martinez and Joe Calzaghe fight the same?

Flashy, short crisp combinations, showboating, fights hands down when he is confident, primarily moves his upper body in pivoting, or moving in to punch, leans his head to opponents for baiting then leans back and counters when they takes it.

    What do you think?

Not at all. They are not balanced the same at all.

The only similarities are that they are both lefties and both fight with their hands down in spots, but it ends there really.

Calzaghe is more versatile, Martinez is more dynamic.

****** comparison to be honest with you.

I'm not a fan of both. Then I just watched their highlights then it brought me thinking. "Hey...they fight alike, fighting hands down and short combos." Then the thread is created.

I know. I don't really watch full fights who i'm not a fan of. Just the highlights.

Too bad we didn't get to see Martinez vs Floyd, picked Martinez to beat floyd when a discussion was in route for that bout.

When Martinez was thinking about dropping back to 154 after he knocked out Paul Williams for Floyd or Pacquiao. I picked him to win on both for that reason alone. Idk why it is a ydksab for me. I don't even know what ydksab is!
