However ones got to wonder when to throw in the towel and realize that the case can't be won without legit evidence.

The past two weeks sums up Golden Boy Promotions in the past 2 years. The horrible racially leaked emails, Oscar's DUI, and now they lose the case with Al Haymon.

The Good ESPN deal, Gamboa deal, and the damn good fights that were made.

In the end both en****** need to work together to bring boxing back to the forth front not an after thought.
Yeah that's the way I see it as well. My beef with haymon was when he was cutting everyone out didn't want to see a knock off ufc splinter the sport and create more divisions. If he's working with golden boy (chavez/canelo), k2 (GGG vs Jacobs) etc that's great for the sport. And golden boy and haymon were at their best when they worked together. Hopefully this is the beginning of them mending fences and continue working together. Money unites all enemies and there is money to be made.

Now whether haymon making deals with golden boy were a byproduct of the lawsuit (we know for a fact the ESPN deal was it was part of top rank settlement of the same lawsuit golden boy first launched). Or a byproduct of PBC failing in year 1 so they were forced to work with other promoters including golden boy. The bigger point is the PBC take over haymon launched in 2015 with 500mil almost all gone didn't work and haymon is now working with others and not blocking other promoters from eating. That's bad for a lawsuit but good for golden boy, promoters and the sport of boxing. If you told golden boy 2 years ago after haymons power play that if you file a lawsuit you will get everything you listed but not a penny from the lawsuit I'm sure golden boy would of taken the deal.

You mean when he was banned from HBO? When HBO cut him off? Those fights happened when Nelson lifted the ban and the same year PBC was started. He even put Postol, Top Rank, on a PBC card. He works with everybody. And like the judge said. His fighters are allowed to work with everybody but nobody was working with him.

Even the judge says his market share wasn't big enough to do that

Now that the evidence is out there we can stop making things up now, right?

In fact, the evidence suggests that it is Golden Boy, not Defendants, that has refused to deal with the Haymon En****** during the pendency of this lawsuit. Indeed, in May 2015, Robert Diaz (Golden Boy’s matchmaker) received a suggestion from the manager of then Golden Boy-promoted heavyweight, Luis Ortiz, to try to place Mr. Ortiz in a bout that is featured within a PBC show. Mr. Diaz responded, “Are you serious? You do know we have sued Haymon right?”.

Golden Boy has been lying all this time.

To support the existence of a tie, Plaintiffs primarily rely on certain informal, vague, and hearsay conversations that Golden Boy’s President, Eric Gomez, had with several boxers and/or their representatives in 2015 about potential promotion deals with Golden Boy. Tellingly, Plaintiffs never deposed any of these boxers to explore the details of these conversations.
