I dunno if I love it but I thought Broner had enough about him to beat a basic plodder like Maidana...not only did he get beat, he was battered about at times.

when you back up in a straight line to avoid punches, sometimes a basic plodder is your worst nightmare

I love that fight for 2 reasons.

1: it was very entertaining
2: it had two fighters who showed a ton of toughness and grit.

Broner may have gotten humbled, but he also showed me that underneath all the clowning and brashness, he is a real fighter and became one of my favorites.

It was a great night. When a big mouth is humbled, it's a great thing to see.

This place was really active for a few days after the fight. Lot's of happy posters, and a fare few upset ones.

I always hate when fighters do that. Unless they were knocked out cold.

I did think Broner would win a close fight, but I was called deluded for thinking that (same for the Mayweather fight) so I was glad to see it go down how it did.

Broner showed heart though man, outside of the rolling on the floor from the headbutt But the guy is tough.
