Good thing punches landed don't win fights. People use punches landed only when it's convenient to them AND ignore everything else.

This is like judging a winner by facial damage.

      And btw.....

BINGO!!!! Thats a big......problem. Compubox is garbage and one can count punches per a round, but it always seems to me that they never give credit to body punches.

          Also, where's the 3D version in 4k? I won't pick a winner till I watch the fight in 3D 4k.

In the criteria of clean punches landed: Knuckles contacting the skin.

            Slaps are not allowed.

            Lowblows are called.

            Consensus of the Video:
            Kovalev: 155 punches landed
            Ward: 79
This link you gave has some interesting points. There are two things he did though that were shady: He abridged the rounds. So we don't see all the scoring he did. he also occasionally misjudged on his punch count...you can see some subjectivity. It showed that it was a close fight... but figuring out what was slipped, what landed, and some other details seemed difficult at times.

Credit where credit is due, there are some spots to think about, and this information is not just fluff.

I don't get the point of these when judges score live, ringside and can't track everything that lands. You can't fault them for missing certain shots.

I like how the #48 bandwagoners and consistent alts like Spoon23, Rath, Thraxox, Bigdramashow .... somehow always reference Artorias Boxing Channel and ''slow motion''...

we should revise all fights starting from the early 1900s in slow motion

Boxing is hitting without getting hit.

Those ring generalship con talks don't mean sht.

You don't win rounds based on "ring-generalship", you know when the guy bring ring gerneralsht his man got his a$s kicked.

they scored roudn 10 to ward when kovalev won it easily so you are right. there was almost no chance at a fair decision from the start. they couldn't score an easy round how are they going to score a somewhat clsoe round? its much easier to just give every roudn to ward without analyzing what actually happened.
