      Nobody wants it with Ortiz.

If Wilder took him up on the call out and fought Ortiz, my respect for Deontay would skyrocket. It's really not that Wilder couldn't win, but Ortiz is the highest risk/lowest reward heavyweight for anyone in the division to take on.

I hope Ortiz can land a big fight soon. He's pretty old.

        Really?

        Come on now.

Dude is not ducked nor feared...he's a 47 y/o fighter looking for a cool spot on the canvas to lay his overrated head.

lol no chance wilder fights ortiz. he will make an excuse, as always. Being short notice is no excuse, having an opponent pull out doesnt mean you have to fight someone useless. Ive never understood this, why fighters get a pass for fighting a bum if an opponent pulls out.

Would be awesome if it happened but it won't. Only chance Wilder has is landing a home run. Ortiz will crack him like an egg otherwise. Wilder is still way too amateurish, I really think he needs a different trainer. Dude is raw, talented but raw.

Ortiz will get the AJ/Wlad winner at some point. The problem is, he has no belts, doesn't really bring any $ to the table, and is a dangerous, skilled HW.

Not too many people lining up to face that..

Why didn't Pops Ortiz crack Malik Scott(Wilder victim) like an egg?????

Raw amateurish Wilder had KO'd Scott with ease...Pops had to settle for a decsion.
