If it isn't a random nobody it'll be someone who was good and held a title 5+ years ago in a lower division but has enough of a name to help sell the fight. Someone like Shane Mosley or Margarito or maybe they'll face Canelo's bro and just tell the local fans that he's the real Canelo.

I suppose the WBO would let him sit around till September to fight Canelo, since they seem in Canelo's back pocket, but traveling East would definitely be Kazakhstan or Japan.
Murata is not next up on the mando list, Khurtsidze is. Traveling East to Georgia? I guess that could be. He's clearly overselling the fight in that case.Comment
