      Well.

Say what you will....I think Johnny Tapia is the greatest fighter under 130 lbs of all time.

So I don't know of anyone on that list that I'd say was a better fighter. That's the absolute truth.

There are a million factors involved with that but let's just say Mike Tyson was quoted as stating Tapia as one of the 5 best fighters he's ever seen fight.

I've never taken Mike highly...but He's a boxing wizard and everyone knows that. He was schooled and educated in regards to boxing at a very impressionable teen age.

Armstrong obviously, but if they fought prime v.s. prime....Tapia would absolutely destroy him.

Tapia was at his best at superflyweight though...

He held the IBF featherweight title for one fight and that was it. He is definitly up there as ATG super fly's though.

He was a great bantam, too but too bad he got schooled by Ayala.

If you actually believe that, you should rewatch the fights.

Because he kicked Paulie's ass both times and was robbed blindly. I have a list of robberies in my head when it comes to boxing....here goes.

            Tapia v.s. Ayala 1

            Tapia v.s. Ayala 2

            Tapia v.s. Archuleta 1

And then a bunch of other robberies.

i voted for pep, but sanchez, armstrong and saddler deserve a mention. its a close call, those are some tough choices.

i think barrera deserves a mention as well.

Look bud, you've proved yourself to be the biased moron here. "Jeff Lacy top 10 p4p yeah baby". That was you after his 'big' win over Pemberton.

Anyways, I suggest you read some boxing books. All of the guys above > Tapia including Pedroza and Morales.

                    ****ing nerd. Tapia. LOL.
