      But this isn't on him.
Guys let's get real. This guy broke his hand so badly that the metal pins that were there to keep it in place got bent over, and his bicept got torn up in the process.

There is ABSOLUTELY no way any sane promoter/trainer would put him in there with a live dog on his first fight back.

Remember what happened last time he came back from a hand injury against Molina? He barely threw his right hand and was visibly tentative the few times that he did. Now the injury is even worse.

Hell no! If you're hoping for a big fight against a strong opponent, then you're totally delusional and wasting your hope.

Last time it took two fights (Molina and Dehaupus) for Wilder to be ready to face a live dog (though Povetkin asked for an extention and Wilder ended up with a third opponent, Szpilka), so at the very least, expect him to fight a live dog after this tune up fight, provided his hand holds up.

If his hand holds up and he actually throws it like he usually does, then expect the next fight to be a big unification bout against one of the other champions.

If the hand doesn't hold out, or if he looks scared to throw it, then don't hold your breathe.

You serious homie? Povetkin tested positive for Wilder. Then turned around and tested positive for Stiverne. Yet, you still find a way to blame Deontay. PEDs ruined sports like track and field. And then baseball. The clean guys didn't wanna race or hit/pitch against abusers. Yet you expect guys to knowly step in the ring and get punched in the face by an abuser. Not impressed with your set of morals homie.

Sure does. He told us nearly a decade ago that PEDs were running rampet in the sport. And all these years later, guys are getting busted almost weekly because of stricter testing.

Floyd is the only reason why VADA gets attacked here by some ****** tards.

Such a pity Floyd never did random 365 testing as he claimed he did, and he was never VADA tested which is the better drug testing available. (He prefered the more expensive USADA).

Guys I know that this is pretty big news, but am I the only one that read the fine print on this article? Because I'm pretty sure that it said that Jarret Hurd and Tony Harrison will be fighting on the Wilder undercard.

Those of you that follow the 154lbs division should know that that is a freakin awesome match-up. Two highly skilled boxers both tall and athletic with KO power. and both slick in the ring. Only slight on either fighter would be that Jarret Hurd's work rate seems kind of low and he seems to rely more on his power but then again Tony Harrison has a suspect chin after he got one punch KO'd by Willie Nelson (Andrade's recent opponent) after Harrison had totally dominated the fight up until that point.

Anyway this is a fight to watch for both casual and hardcore fans, though casuals might not even get to see or hear about it unfortunately.

Wilder should fight Rod Salka on a week notice, so he has time to eat 500 burgers get in the weight.
