If you never grew up in an inner city, you'll never understand.
It's real funny how the same people who enslaved people of color from all over the world now want to come out and banish a word that they created..
P.S. When we say we have black friends, we mean it..!

They have been amused and enticing Angel until now we have this.
They are going to have to not have him on any press conference and make sure they don't pay attention to him. There is not much you can do when he does an independent interview.Comment

So getting BACK to Angel.. The man grew up most of his life in the inner cities of theses here your United States and that word that N word that has everybody talking crazy is thrown around loosely and believe it or not it's used as a term of endearment.. (My N).. Growing up in the Bronx, NYC, it's a word that's used by everyone and anyone and it's said to everyone.. Your Father was an N word, your best friend was the N word and so was your enemy.. So unless you grew where we grew up.you have no right to judge or even call out a Puerto Rican man that has been placed in a society that he had no control over...Comment

Listen man, any black man that has a problem with a Puerto Rican using the N word is not from NYC nor is he from up north.. Now, I know growing up in the deep south (The Jim Crow era) where everybody is either BLACK or white that could be problem but here my brother, here my brother, everybody is in the mud.. NY and Philly aren't that far apart and I'm sure if you talk to some real cats from up north, they would say the same.. I grew up in a Puerto Rican and Black Neighborhood, where we ate together, we drank together and we went to jail together but we didn't go to church together and I think we needed to do a little more of that but nevertheless were cut from the same cloth..
Oh and By the way THURMAN gets KTFO...!

The world is bigger than NYC, Philly, and the Northeastern US. There's a big country and world out there. And just because other portions of the country have different cultures doesn't make then lesser or wrong. Just different. I grew up in the South. I love the South. One of my best friends is a Puerto Rican from NYC. I visit NYC every 2-3yrs. I'll be there for Thurman-Garcia. And believe it or not, everybody not living in the Northeast is stuck where they are and dying to get there. For the most part, I feel like the Northeast, in particular NYC and Philly are complete toilet bowls. Y'all have a ridiculous way of life up there. And it makes no sense to me why anybody in their right state if mind would wanna live there. And most people I know that come from a similar upbringing as me, that have visited the Northeast feel very close to the same.
