It is a serious problem. If they're trying to put this on CBS primetime it reflects on Espinoza and DiBella on how they're managing it. It would be a burden if it lands on Showtime vs CBS mainstream. Also the WBC is founded from a Mexican Organization, so obviously Garcia is not thinking ahead. Even Alvarez and Chavez Sr. said that Trumps comments a year ago were filth and disgusting.

Of course they would care. The difference is that we can assume NFL or Basketball coaches are more civilized in front of the camera. I don'T recall in the last 20 years sport mgmt saying things out bluntly against immigrants or using slang words along with that...and stating ideal reform or what makes the USA great...

of course boxing is a different entity and there's a reason why we have private networks in general vs mainstream television. CBS or PBC don't need such headlines. Perhaps here forward Angel will be different. As many posters said to make it apparent, ''since when was Thurman an immigrant?'' lol

Danny doesn't give a damn what anyone thinks of his father. Say what u want but his father is the reason he's at where he is at today. And that loyalty doesn't go out the window just because someone doesn't like your father. They went from poor to rich. Life is good for the Garcia's.
