True but I don't think he will get nearly the same amount fighting AJ down the line without a belt in his possession.
With the belt he holds much more clout at the negotiating table

Yes, but he probably won't have it until he fights AJ either way. He just barely beat Ruiz, probably tied him, a B-Level fighter at best. There's a very good chance he loses what should-be an easy defense before AJ even glances in his direction. Surely Haymon knows what it will take $-wise to make the fight attractive enough to Team Parker to go ahead and cash-in now..

Agreed. It pains me to say, but he's likelier to get a fair decision in Alabama, over the UK.

Duco struggled with the funding for Parker-Ruiz, can't imagine enough will be there for Parker-Wilder where each fighter would want more but the NZ fan interest doesn't seem big enough to generate it. So the US seems the best possibility. Maybe comes down to how much Showtime will put up for it. If Wilder won then Joshua-Wilder would be a huge Showtime fight.

Parker wil best the fck out of coward Wilder.

Once wilder tires out like he does and realizes he can't keep Parker off of him, he will fold up real quick.

Crazy to think how much better parkers resume is than Wilders. Not even close...

Parker will hold that belt until the sun comes up.

I thought Wilder was saying he and AJ have to fight next when he was on the Showtime panel after AJ's last win?

Wilder has a habit of saying a lot, and doing not a lot.

                    I would strongly agree.

It is obvious to me he is not the one who is making the decisions, it is funny how most people forget this is big business, it's not some after school fight.
His advisors and handlers have invested a lot of money to get him in the position he is in now so they have full say so in the decision making and are going to make choices to maximize the money making process.
                      Obviously
