Ok, If that annoys you, fine. We all get that.

But to over exaggerate a few people going gaga over Spence because the same people don't do that for GGG and others he likes is ridiculous.

Beterbiev was a very good amateur, but as a pro, you're judging him based on skill rather than achievement, correct? Plenty of top amateurs haven't made it as pros, I believe Beterbiev will make it, but that's my opinion, he has to prove it, just like Spence. And Spence was also a top amateur despite being a late starter (15 I believe).

The truth is, like somebody said earlier on this thread, you don't want see somebody beat Brook more impressively than your idol, which is quite disturbing. That's the only reason I can think of as to why you don't support Spence like you do other exciting power punchers.

You people are complete fruitcakes. You make absolutely zero sense.
its a big difference. Its why loma was worthy of the hype, cause weve seen how good he was in the amatuers. There was excitement from the moment beterbiev turned pro. It just seems almost random as to why out of all the young prospects, this guy spence is geting hyped such a crazy amount and theres no basis for it. As i said earlier, i wouldnt mind so much if you alls tuck by this fighters when they lose, but you dont. Andre dirrell, j rock, gary russell, adrien broner, all thrown on the dump once they lost and that 0 went. In fact this remind me of the broner hype, people were genuinely thinking he was going to beat floyd!!! The next pound for pound number1, the heir to the throne! Then he loses, and all the fans jump off the bandwagon and attach themselves to a new fighter. Now its spences turn to get ridiculously hyped.

To be respected, Errol Spence needs to take on an opponent under age 40 next time he fights.

        Last opponent age 42: http://boxrec.com/boxer/304351

I hope this means you have me off ignore.

I think if he fights and defeats Brook in his next fight, despite the fact Brook took a huge payday to get his face beaten up in his last fight, that will be respected.

No one jumped off Broner when he lost. People got upset with him because he didn't take the sport seriously outside the ring.

Lomachenko was one of the best amateurs of all time and a two time Olympic gold medalist, Beterbiev isn't anywhere near that accomplished. And like I said, not all top amateurs make it as pros. Lots of people had doubts about whether or not Loma would transition well enough into the pro game, he has PROVEN that he's an elite pro, Beterbiev has not. As usual you're using one fighter to shield another.

People are excited about Spence because he looks a very good talent (he's a contender now, not a prospect), but it's nothing crazy, you're just exaggerating again. People just want to see him get his shot at Brook, why do you get so defensive about that? You want him to prove himself, yet you don't seem too keen on seeing him fight Brook?

does that change the fact that algieri is spence's best win up to date? the same algieri that pac got zero credit for beating already.
