I agree. Lara can't box and move for a full 12 rounds. Golovkin would punish him when he catches up. Lara also doesn't have the power to keep Golovkin off. It will be similar to the Monroe fight.

What has Lara shown you at middleweight that makes you think he could Keep Golovkin off? He couldn't keep Canelo off at 154, and Golovkin hits harder than Canelo does. Golovkin would walk Lara down and pound him.

I think we all know that Golovkin would have to cut Lara off like Canelo tried to. Canelo landed very little on Lara in fact. While triangle theory isn't a sure thing in boxing it's been around forever and certainly wouldn't hurt in the build up. I imagine Golovkin would have to do better than Canelo did for the fight to ever happen, because I thought Lara shaded the Alvarez fight.
