Good fight for Golovkin if he wants to move up to 168, Degale is a really good fighter with some great talent but he is just so inconsistent over the course of a fight that he ends up taking too much damage. DeGale also move too much which drains his energy supply, while also pulling off his impressive moves which while effective don't really pay off to any degree for the amount of energy he burns to use them.

It probably ends up being close because DeGale will start strong while Golovkin is consistent, eventually that will cost DeGale. The x factors would be size and how Golovkin deal with 168, and for DeGale the amount of punishment that is building up because every fight he is in is a close nip and tuck affair that has to wear on a guy.

GGG wins easily by early KO in my opinion. I thought Jack beat him and damn near knocked him out. GGG and Jacobs would both KO him. DeGale isn't much of a puncher. The knock down he scored on Jack was a flash knock down that caught Jack off balance. He can't hurt GGG but GGG can and would hurt him.Both Jacobs and GGG hit a lot harder than Jack or DeGale. Jacobs has KOed 12 in a row and GGG has KOed 24 in a row.
