he has plenty of time on his side and heredias chemicals to make sure he does... if he doesnt he wil loose a lot of money on penalties and the fight will go on , thats a heck of an incentive...

Hell no, because he can't and because he knows damn well they won't cancel the fight. So, he gets fined 10%... pfft! Daddy's boy will pull a roll of bills out of his underwear and pay it all up front.

There's almost no incentive for him to make weight other than integrity, which he clearly isn't burdened by...

Chavez Jr was damn near crying blood making 169lbs for his last fight.

If the fight was 8 weeks away I'd say no way in hell but he has 4 months to prepare for this. He'll make weight.

He said he was going to work with Freddy Roach if he gets this fight. Chavez was at his best with Freddy. I want to see the guy that destroyed Andy Lee .
