"Chavez Jr. officially weighed in at 168 pounds, the limit for super middleweight."

Your the DUMB *** who thinks he's GGG Accountant! I give two shts about what they make. I just know ONE always TALKS about GOOD fights and they NEVER go through because their too piss poor! And the OTHER one seems to be able to get whoever he WANTS in the ring and $$$$ seems to NEVER stop their FIGHTS!

Is there a rematch clause that limits GGGs money in a potential rematch?

Is there "escape clause" language that lets Golden Boy pull out of the deal before September?

Is Golden Boy demanding a piece of GGG going forward?

The truth is you dont have the slightest fricking idea what land mines are in that deal. But your limited thinking ability simply says "oooooooo 15 millions better accept it doe derp derp derp"
You just listed a bunch of reasons or excuses that could be used for every fighter that priced him self out ever, since we dont know the details of their contracts rejected they should all get a pass too... if you are going to be consistent with that, then i have no problem with you.. the issue here is for all of those who heavily criticized others for the same reason and are willing to give ggg a pass, you know like when they called others cowards for a lot less but when ggg does it is all part of business..

Triple Gs last two fights have been a week before Canelo fights. Ggg is so shook he moved it to march so he didn't have to compete with canelos ppv. They know know damn well they can't compete with Canelo ppv. It's why only 3 million Mexicans tuned in for the ggg vs brook fight in Mexico. A week later Canelo vs Smith had 18 million viewers in Mexico. Men lie, women lie, numbers don't lie.

True! But don't be soo NAIVE either. You think signing the fight in LATE October and then fighting Dec. 10th had ZERO do with how out of shape Chavez was??? He LITERALLY had like 4-6 weeks of training. COME-ON man??? NOW he has a HUGE fight almost 16 WEEKS away!!!

These IDIOTS don't even REALIZE Chavez Jr. made 168 just LAST month! After training for BARELY over a month. NOW he has ALMOST 4 MONTHS to be in the BEST shape of his LIFE for a CAREER defining MOMENT!!! And the GGGTARDS are acting like their fight next week??? With NOTHING to train for?

Chavez Jr. BEATS Canelo his NAME and FAME are restored. AND he's has ALL of MEXICO PRACTICALLY ROOTING for him. This is the same guy who has SKILLS but ZERO motivation. Now he has MOTIVATION! This same guy who KO'd Andy Lee (Who is CURRENTLY ranked in the Top #5 at MW).

That's the REAL reason why GGGTards are soo SALTY! His PPV numbers are going to SUK and Oscar is going to be like.... Remember that $15,000,000 offer???

typically I stay away from lambasting guys about not accepting offers, because over a decade in the industry taught me all kinds of ways that contracts can be written as deal-killers, and most of the details never see the light of day.

My biggest critique for teams is when a deal CANT be reached, either go to bid or just move on. Like the GGG-Jacobs situation. My personal opinion was that Jacobs was overpricing himself, and I thought K2 should have just sent it to bid last October and let the chips fall where they may. I cant stand it when this crap drags on day after day after day. Either make the fight, or move on.......

I forgot about that??? Look at what he did to JMM body??? I'm actually a lil worried for Canelo? I would of advised him stay the *** away and let the sleeping giant lay. Their's NOT even a hydrate weight clause. IMO that's too much size??? Canelo isn't even 5'8". PLUS they gave him WAY too much time for training. I'm gonna buy the fight or be their LIVE!!!
