I would love to see a double header for June with Verdejo and Loma in separate bouts.
I don't even care if Loma has to be the undercard. I just want to see him stay active.
Apparently HBO may not even accept a Verdejo fight for June 10.
However, Frank Warren has expressed interest in having Verdejo and Loma fighting over in the UK, so if HBO doesn't want it then I hope they can get something in the UK for June.

They're going to build the Loma-Verdejo fight. Don't expect it this year. At the earliest it will probably happen in the second half of 2018.

There is an interview where Lomachenko said Verdejo was the toughest fight he ever had. People on here already hating on Verdejo, lol must be that boriqua blood that creates automatic jealousy in some lmao. Verdejo needs 2 or 3 fights against top competition, and he would be ready for either fighter. Dont forget these stats:

Verdejo 5'9 71.5 inch reach.

Lomachenko: 5'6 65 inch reach.

Lomachenko would be the best fighter that Verdejo has fought, but funny enough, Verdejo would be the best fighter that Lomachenko has fought up to this point as well.
