Bob arum didn't ask for the $20 million guarantee! Pacquiao is the one who is protected! That's why he fought Vargas, and now he's fighting Jeff Horn, a fighter with 16 pro fights and no belts! Burns wasn't credible? Gamboa wasn't credible? Beltran wasn't credible? Dulorme wasn't credible? Postol wasn't credible? Everybody I just mentioned are more credible than Jeff Horn!

I haven't seen anything that says Pacquiao is getting $20 million guaranteed for Horn, and if it's in his contract, then Koncz wouldn't have had to make the statement in the first place! He said "$20 miilion for Crawford..."
