Why Is Everyone Hating On Eubank/Quinlan??

Everyone criticizing this fight but it's as 50/50 as you can get, Quinlan just had a huge upset win over Daniel Geale and has never been dropped or hurt in his career, he has one loss which is debatable

And Eubank is going up to 168 fighting a belt-holder so that's a big test within itself without a tune-up at the weight. It's a very interesting fight on paper, could actually turn out to be a classic considering the style match up and the possible weight advantage that Quinlan has.

exactly bro, people are acting like Eubank is fighting Rod Salka, this is a huge fight that could go either way

The IBO strap?..... yes GGG,Lara and it's legit in heavy but everywhere else it's not even a paper title.

eubank was interim world champion and vacated to fight for the national title.

then vacated to fight for an unrecognized title.

when you avoid legitimate competition, people will hate on you.

GGG KO Geale, 3 rounds, 2014
Miguel Cotto KO Geale, 4 rounds 2015
Renold Quinlan KO Geale, 2 rounds 2016

Now may be that Geale was a shot fighter by the time he fought Quinlan so it's not an accurate gauge but we can still extrapolate that Quinlan could potentially be a very tough opponent for Eubank's first fight at 168.

You have Geale extremely overrated. You alway say he is GGG's best win and he isn't even close to that. GGG beat him with ease and then Cotto beat him with ease. Geale is not a good fighter and beating him doesn't mean much. The guy Eubank is fighting has only had 11 fights and he lost one of those fights to an unranked nobody. It's just another cherry pick by big talk but no action Eubank. I will only watch it for free. You can pay to watch it f you want to. It is not an important fight. It's just a fight to build up Eubank with an almost certain KO win. Then Eubank can continue to talk tough and do nothing to prove it.

Probably because his father has hyped him up so much that any opponent less than a future Hall of Famer feels unacceptable.

It's not a bad fight at all. People don't know what goes on behind doors and I'm taking Eubank's side and believe him about Hearns and Warren trying to stiff him.
