Why didnt Arum do this 5 years ago? Why now when Pac is alreaady washed up, Didnt Arum say he would like Manny to retire and become a senator? Arum is cold blooded man, he knows Crawford and Loma cant draw flies, So he is going to milk Manny overseas, he will make good money because other countries are willing to pay.

Because Pacquiao, five years ago, still had a carrot for Arum to dangle in front that would generate strong US PPV business.

With getting flattened by Marquez and his performance against Mayweather being what it was, Arum no longer has that US PPV/HBO money to fall back on.

Reality being what it is, it's now fallen to Arum to chase down the biggest staging/site fee that he can find.
