I thought Manny's Senator schedule resulted in him being rather busy. How will he have time to fight more, and fly all over the world?

Its actually a genius plan by Arum....obviously pac is gonna go around to different places and fight a local bum and make arum some money and at the same time make pac look invincible, then when its time for him to fight Crawford, all of those people will be like "This crawford kid must be a monster which gathers more fans for Crawford, by association with being the young guy who beat the great pac.
