It's sad to see Pacquiao take the Roy Jones route at the end of his career.

Sounds like Bob is not certain his future cash cow, Crawford, can beat Manny right now... so he's gonna wait till its more certain Bud would win.

In the meantime, he's gonna try and build up the Crawford brand.

I definitely agree with the bold.

In my opinion, Bob's beginning to panic because once Pac is gone for good, he literally has NOBODY who can fill that void, because he's handled his other fighters poorly. No-one cares about Crawford, Bradley, Loma, etc. His stable lacks that major draw, so I think that if Manny does embark on this world tour, he'll simultaneously try build Crawford up enough that when he does feed him an older, slower and far more beatable version of Pac, beating him with thrust/propel him to stardom.

I could be wrong, but either way, Arum has and will continue to have Manny on this indentured servant contract until the end of time.

Good idea. There's no reward for PAC to fight any of the top guys. PAC can easily make $15 mil per fight againsts a nobody.

More like a Bum of the Month tour.

Of course he won't need long training camps if he's fighting relative tomato cans.

not really.pac has a long way to go before he reaches roy jones jr status.he can handle himself against anybody at 147.jones gets knocked out by old washed up journeyman on a regular basis.
