did jeff horn win a gold medal in the olympics, when olympic boxing actually mattered and much more closely resembled pro boxing?

            because leon spinks did!

You should be stripped as "undisputed champion" for your lame, non knowledgeable comparison.

Everyone knew Spinks, he was part of the most celebrated olympic team in boxing history.
He was even picked as fighter of the year in 1976 (along with all the gold medalists) over all the professional boxers by the BWAA.
And while his career ended the wrong way, it was more much than a talent thing, he had talent, he just couldn't stay away from drugs and alcohol.

I didn't do much on the research about spinks because once I saw his record, I automatically assumed he was a bum. So an honest mistake, but skill wise It isn't much different to a Jeff horn.
